The Dollhouse Kit Vermont Farmhouse is a beautiful dollhouse with 10 great rooms, 9 and 7/16-inch floor-to-ceiling height. A 30-inch Gingerbread Porch. The 1/8-inch thick durable gingerbread trims, Pre-assembled, windows and doors and movable room dividers make Vermont Farmhouse a Beautiful Dollhouse!
Wall Finish: Smooth Plywood
Recommended Supplies: Hammer, Glues, Masking Tape, and Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit, Paints, Paint Brushes, Ruler, 3/4 inch or 1 inch Brads.

Dollhouse Include:
• Sturdy Construction features 3/8" thick exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit and durability
• 3/8" thick upper floors
• Durable gingerbread trim is 1/8" thick
• Movable room dividers accept standard doors
• New Concept Collection Staircase...un-compromised detail is standard equipment
• Circular Staircase Upgrade can be custom ordered for any "New Concept" Collection dollhouse
• Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings
• 9 7/16" Floor to ceiling height
• Kit includes P102 30" Gingerbread Porch.

Dollhouse does NOT include:
• Shutters are available to purchase separately
• Additions and/or porches also available separately
• Glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings .
• The Smooth Plywood kits do not include shingles.
