The Classic dollhouse Colonial in a ½ scale finished! The dollhouse Colonial has 8 great rooms, with painted interior walls, painted interior trim, base and crown moldings, and door, staircase and landing rails. The exterior MDF walls are made with a smooth, painted clapboard finish. Stained and varnished hardwood floors. The windows have panes, wooden mullions and louvered shutters. The roof is beautiful decorated with stained wooden roof shingles.

Dollhouse Include:

• 1/4" floors finished with stained hardwood
• Painted interior trim, base and crown moldings, door, staircase and landing rails
• Painted interior walls
• Stained wooden roof shingles
• Sturdy 3/8" MDF exterior walls with clapboards milled directly into them
• Windows have panes, wooden mullions and louvered shutters.
• 14 3/4"W x 8 7/8"D x 17"H
• 1/2"=1' scale
• 8 rooms
• Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.

Dollhouse does NOT include:

Glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
